Mark 3:20-29
This passage in Mark, chapter 3, verses 20 to 29, speaks of demons and Satan. Some felt that Jesus was possessed by Beelzebub and that he was the prince of demons driving out demons.
Jesus called them and said, “How can Satan drive out Satan?’ Although this reading was difficult for me to understand, the message I took away was that our families and homes must never be divided, that with God’s help we will have the strength to overcome any conflict that arises and maintain harmony within our families. It follows then that harmony within our church family furthers what we are able to accomplish in the work of our Lord and keeps our foundation strong. Even in our community a similar cohesiveness is fundamental to decision-making for the good of all.
