Our
Mandate
The purpose
of the Community Outreach Committee is to provide education and information
to all age levels of the congregation on Stewardship and Mission. Stewardship
is the responsible use of God’s gifts of time, ability, money, environment
and resources. Mission is us reaching out to help others in the name of
Christ.
The Outreach Committee also promotes the Mission and Service Fund within
our congregations. Community Outreach promotes outreach locally, nationally
and globally. Along with generous donations from members of our congregation,
Community Outreach holds several fundraising projects
throughout the year to assist us in reaching our target.
